Welcome to my blogger site! I'm Nihar Ranjan Ojha, born on 12th June 1975, in the serene village of Sithaloi, nestled within the picturesque Rudrapur Panchayat of District Jajpur, Odisha. My journey through life has been deeply intertwined with the beauty and simplicity of village living.

During my childhood and youth, every moment spent in my village was cherished, finding solace and joy in its tranquil ambiance. Fond memories were created spending leisurely afternoons by the Brahmani riverside, marveling at the enchanting sunset and feeling the gentle breeze. Playing with the soft sand along the riverbanks filled my days with laughter and exploration.

My academic journey commenced at home, where my Father & Mother instilled the foundations of knowledge, nurturing my love for learning. Subsequently, I continued my schooling at Badabagasah UP School and later at Satyasahi High School, where I honed my academic skills amidst the tranquil surroundings of my village. Venturing into higher education, I pursued my college studies at N C College, Jajpur Town, and graduated with a BSc degree from V N College, Jajpur Road in 1995. To further my learning and skill development, I pursued various professional courses, including a Computer Diploma from NCA, Bhubaneswar in 1998, Bio-Fertilizer Training from GO-BIGYAN PRATISTAN, Haridwar, Uttarakhand in 2001, and RMP (Alternative Medicine) from IBAM, Kolkata in 2004. Continuing my academic pursuits, I completed my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Sam H IA T&S, Allahabad in 2012.

From an early age, I harbored a dream to embark on unique and extraordinary endeavors, fueled by my desire to contribute meaningfully to social development and uplift the underprivileged. During my college years, I took the first steps towards realizing my dreams by joining Nabina Jyoti Club, a social organization in my village. This platform allowed me to engage in community service and initiate projects aimed at empowering local residents. Concurrently, my journey into social entrepreneurship began when I encountered Udyog Vikas, Bhubaneswar. Collaborating with Bharat Gyan Vigyan Samiti (BGVS), where I served as the Secretary of the Jajpur block unit, further deepened my commitment to grassroots initiatives and community-led development efforts. Inspired by these experiences, I founded Niranjan World in 1998, a non-profit organization dedicated to organizing school-level activities for students and facilitating self-employment opportunities for youth and Self-Help Groups (SHGs) across Odisha. In 2007, I joined INCITE as a Director cum co-founder, pioneering various skill development and livelihood training programs for SHGs, with an emphasis on market linkages for their products. Subsequently, my path led me to the Panchayat Raj Department of the Government of Odisha, where I played a key role in implementing projects under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) in Jajpur. My commitment to fostering entrepreneurship and empowering youth led me to Bharatiya Yuva Shakti Trust (BYST), where I conducted Entrepreneurship Development Programs (EDPs) for aspiring individuals. Through these experiences, I have witnessed the transformative power of community-driven initiatives and the immense potential for positive change within grassroots communities.

My illustrious training career has provided me with the privilege of collaborating with esteemed organizations, institutions, and companies. Serving as an Resource Person at the State Institute of Rural Development (SIRD) in 2008 and later as a Guest Faculty at SBRSETI, Kalinganagar, honed my skills in training and development. Over the years, I have worked with prestigious entities such as CRD, BYST, OSACS, OLM, ORMAS, NYK, NCNF, ILO, Youth Bank, Trickle Up, Aditya Birla, and TATA Foundation, delivering training on a diverse range of topics including entrepreneurship development, income generation activities, livelihood promotion for SHGs, organic farming, financial literacy, digital marketing, branding and promotion, market linkage and e-commerce, business idea generation, project preparation, leadership, and communication. Each training endeavor has been guided by a passion for empowering individuals and communities, fostering sustainable development, and driving positive change at the grassroots level.

In addition to my professional endeavors, I am deeply passionate about various hobbies and interests that bring joy and fulfillment to my life. Traveling, photography, writing, YouTube content creation, and community service are integral aspects of my personal journey, allowing me to explore my creativity, share my experiences, and make a positive impact on the world.
